宋(song)李翔,中共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是今年初從管(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪(lun)崗來到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進校(xiao)伊始(shi),宋(song)李翔已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作(zuo)崗位辛勤耕(geng)耘九個年頭(tou),是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗(yan)豐富(fu)的中堅(jian)力(li)量(liang)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢(gan)于(yu)擔當,身先士(shi)卒,高(gao)度自律(lv)。每天早上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦公室,關愛團隊成(cheng)員,注(zhu)重(zhong)學(xue)工(gong)隊伍內部建設(she)(she),通(tong)過專(zhuan)題研討、團隊成(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話、團隊活(huo)動等(deng)方式為(wei)(wei)學(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)早修情況,及時(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋早晚(wan)修情況。積極通(tong)過學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座談(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解(jie)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自開(kai)(kai)展主題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人次,宿(su)舍走訪4次。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培(pei)養(yang)特(te)點,有針對(dui)性(xing)的開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動育(yu)(yu)人、文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)人理念落(luo)實到位。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)業后進的學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),而(er)是(shi)通(tong)過嚴(yan)要(yao)求,敢(gan)碰硬的態度與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任(ren)、輔導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引導。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團隊建設(she)(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴(yan)于(yu)律(lv)己的作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和正能量的積極傳遞才(cai)能讓新(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的建設(she)(she)與時(shi)俱(ju)進,勇往直前。
