[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)翔(xiang),中(zhong)共(gong)黨(dang)員,數創學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)工辦(ban)負責人。雖說是(shi)今年(nian)初從管理(li)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數創學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進(jin)校伊(yi)始,宋李(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)生管理(li)工作崗(gang)位(wei)辛(xin)勤(qin)耕(geng)耘九(jiu)個年(nian)頭,是(shi)學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格優秀(xiu)、勤(qin)勉(mian)擔當、經(jing)驗豐富(fu)的中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不(bu)忘初心,牢記使(shi)命”主題(ti)教育工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應校黨(dang)委和學院(yuan)黨(dang)總支的(de)(de)號(hao)召,根據學校黨(dang)委和學院(yuan)有關“不(bu)忘初心,牢記使(shi)命”主題(ti)教育統一部(bu)署(shu)和安排,積(ji)極組織學院(yuan)學生(sheng)(sheng)支部(bu)的(de)(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同(tong)部(bu)署(shu)、共(gong)落實,找準基層(ceng)黨(dang)支部(bu)建設的(de)(de)重點,扎實推進(jin)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近學生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍(wu),服(fu)務(wu)于(yu)學生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)現了學生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部(bu)書記應有的(de)(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組(zu)織策(ce)劃迎(ying)新系列(lie)推文、國(guo)慶70周年(nian)(nian)系列(lie)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)、強(qiang)國(guo)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)說推文等(deng)(deng)(deng)(deng)宣(xuan)傳推文,深(shen)受新生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

宋(song)李翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高度自(zi)律。每天早(zao)上提前一(yi)個(ge)小時趕(gan)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍內(nei)部(bu)建(jian)設,通過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)活動等方(fang)式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周(zhou)2次實(shi)地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及(ji)時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反(fan)饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)話、走訪(fang)(fang)宿(su)(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及(ji)時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自(zi)開(kai)展(zhan)主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)話80人次,宿(su)(su)舍走訪(fang)(fang)4次。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)片,將活動育(yu)人、文化(hua)育(yu)人理念落實(shi)到(dao)位。同時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不放棄(qi)引導教(jiao)育(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)嚴要(yao)求,敢碰硬的(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引導。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)天建(jian)成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)設也不是(shi)一(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)夕,唯有(you)通過(guo)嚴于(yu)律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和正能量的(de)積極傳遞才(cai)能讓(rang)新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部(bu)的(de)建(jian)設與時俱進(jin)(jin),勇(yong)往直前。
