[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中(zhong)共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)學院(yuan)學工辦負(fu)責人(ren)。雖(sui)說是(shi)今年初從(cong)管理(li)學院(yuan)輪崗來到數(shu)創(chuang)學院(yuan),但從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋李翔已在學生管理(li)工作崗位(wei)辛勤耕耘九個年頭(tou),是(shi)學校(xiao)學工隊伍(wu)中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅(jian)力量。

自“不(bu)(bu)忘初(chu)(chu)心(xin),牢記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展以來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應校黨委和學(xue)(xue)院黨總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)號召,根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)校黨委和學(xue)(xue)院有關“不(bu)(bu)忘初(chu)(chu)心(xin),牢記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育(yu)統一(yi)部(bu)署(shu)和安排(pai),積(ji)極組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署(shu)、共落實(shi),找準(zhun)基層(ceng)黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建設的(de)(de)重點,扎實(shi)推進各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開展,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先(xian)士(shi)卒、貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服(fu)務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才,展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記應有的(de)(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

ong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)性、主(zhu)動(dong)性不(bu)斷(duan)高漲(zhang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)能力也較上屆有(you)了(le)明顯改(gai)觀。努力創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)平(ping)臺,在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領導(dao)支持下,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)與深(shen)(shen)圳市公安局機場分局聯絡,于2019年(nian)6月(yue)正式成立深(shen)(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)畫宣傳(chuan)志(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)服務(wu)基(ji)地(di),使得志(zhi)愿(yuan)(yuan)服務(wu)與專(zhuan)業(ye)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)實(shi)(shi)現了(le)深(shen)(shen)度(du)融(rong)合(he)(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)意整合(he)(he)資源(yuan),借(jie)助外力提(ti)升(sheng)部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)。半年(nian)來2次主(zhu)動(dong)聯系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心理(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)借(jie)助專(zhuan)業(ye)力量提(ti)升(sheng)對重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)關(guan)注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管(guan)理(li)(li)能力和(he)應對水平(ping)。積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體平(ping)臺在思(si)(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)陣地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組(zu)(zu)織策劃迎(ying)新(xin)系(xi)列推(tui)文(wen)(wen)、國慶70周年(nian)系(xi)列活(huo)動(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推(tui)文(wen)(wen)等宣傳(chuan)推(tui)文(wen)(wen),深(shen)(shen)受(shou)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

宋李翔老師(shi)工(gong)作中(zhong)敢(gan)于擔當,身先士卒,高(gao)度自律。每(mei)天(tian)早(zao)上(shang)提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕(gan)到學(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)作,下午(wu)最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦公室,關愛(ai)團(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)工(gong)隊伍內(nei)部建(jian)設,通過專(zhuan)題研(yan)討、團(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談心談話(hua)、團(tuan)隊活動(dong)等(deng)方式為學(xue)工(gong)辦營(ying)造(zao)出(chu)團(tuan)結協作,拼搏(bo)奉獻的(de)(de)工(gong)作氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢查新(xin)(xin)生早(zao)修(xiu)情(qing)況,及時(shi)向新(xin)(xin)生輔導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)反(fan)饋早(zao)晚(wan)修(xiu)情(qing)況。積極通過學(xue)生一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談話(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)生代表座談等(deng)形(xing)式傾聽學(xue)生聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)生思想動(dong)態,及時(shi)為學(xue)生排憂解(jie)難。自開(kai)(kai)展主(zhu)題教育工(gong)作以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)生座談會2場,學(xue)生一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿舍(she)走訪4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)作中(zhong)能(neng)(neng)根(gen)據學(xue)生專(zhuan)業和培養特(te)點,有針對性(xing)的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)生活動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)生打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育人、文化育人理念落實到位。同時(shi)對學(xue)業后(hou)進的(de)(de)學(xue)生絕不放棄引導(dao)教育,而是(shi)通過嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)生家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后(hou)進學(xue)生的(de)(de)教育引導(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)生工(gong)作團(tuan)隊建(jian)設也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通過嚴于律己的(de)(de)作風和正(zheng)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)的(de)(de)積極傳(chuan)遞(di)才(cai)能(neng)(neng)讓新(xin)(xin)時(shi)期(qi)學(xue)生黨(dang)支部的(de)(de)建(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)俱進,勇往(wang)直(zhi)前。
