
宋(song)李翔,中共黨員,數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)工辦負責(ze)人。雖說(shuo)是(shi)今(jin)年初從管(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)院輪崗來到數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院,但從進校(xiao)伊始,宋(song)李翔已在學(xue)(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工作崗位辛勤耕耘九個年頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)工隊伍中品格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔(dan)當、經驗豐富(fu)的中堅力量。
自“不忘初(chu)心,牢(lao)記使命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展以(yi)來,宋李(li)翔積極響應(ying)校黨委(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院黨總支(zhi)的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨委(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院有關“不忘初(chu)心,牢(lao)記使命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)統一部(bu)(bu)署(shu)和(he)安(an)排(pai),積極組織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署(shu)、共(gong)落實(shi),找(zhao)準基層黨支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建(jian)設的(de)(de)重點,扎實(shi)推(tui)進各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開(kai)展,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)長成(cheng)(cheng)才,展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記應(ying)有的(de)(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記,宋李(li)翔深知展(zhan)示支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)影響(xiang)力(li)和(he)號召力(li),發揮團結(jie)引領作(zuo)(zuo)用,形(xing)成磁場效應在(zai)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)生思想政治(zhi)(zhi)教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)性。因此(ci),他(ta)主(zhu)動與(yu)綜(zong)合素(su)(su)養突(tu)(tu)出、具(ju)有較(jiao)強學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)拼搏精神和(he)過硬(ying)政治(zhi)(zhi)素(su)(su)養的(de)(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)接觸,通過積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)分子座談、發展(zhan)對象談話等形(xing)式將教育(yu)發展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)這一學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落(luo)實到位(wei)。他(ta)時(shi)刻提醒(xing)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)分子、發展(zhan)對象和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)處(chu)理(li)(li)好日常(chang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)做好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)系、政治(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)主(zhu)業(ye)(ye)課程的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)系,使(shi)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)涌現出如梁家茵、溫嘉慶等綜(zong)合素(su)(su)質突(tu)(tu)出的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。認(ren)真貫徹落(luo)實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)、廣東省(sheng)委(wei)、深圳(zhen)市(shi)委(wei)和(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項部(bu)(bu)署(shu),積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)召集支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)全體師(shi)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)《習(xi)近(jin)平新時(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義思想學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)綱要(yao)》、習(xi)總書記關(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)題教育(yu)講話和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)的(de)(de)(de)有關(guan)(guan)部(bu)(bu)署(shu)等教育(yu)活動。在(zai)新生入學(xue)(xue)(xue)教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)第(di)一時(shi)間開展(zhan)入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教育(yu),利(li)用早晚修時(shi)間,組織全體2019級(ji)新生集中(zhong)(zhong)觀(guan)看《我(wo)們走(zou)在(zai)大路上》專題片(pian),積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)弘揚愛國熱情。認(ren)真對照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文件,嚴格規范學(xue)(xue)(xue)生支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)“三(san)會(hui)一課”記錄(lu),支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)會(hui)議(yi)記錄(lu)本被當成標桿(gan)記錄(lu)本在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)。宋李(li)翔努力(li)為師(shi)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)排憂解(jie)難,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)解(jie)答(da)新發展(zhan)教工(gong)(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)發展(zhan)過程中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)疑惑(huo)和(he)困(kun)難,利(li)用暑(shu)假主(zhu)動為畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)聯系組織關(guan)(guan)系轉移(yi)單位(wei),耐心(xin)解(jie)答(da)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種問(wen)題,大力(li)協助畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)完成組織關(guan)(guan)系轉移(yi),深受畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)好評。

立深職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)畫宣傳志(zhi)愿服務(wu)基地,使得志(zhi)愿服務(wu)與(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)實現了(le)深度融合(he)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)注(zhu)(zhu)意整合(he)資(zi)源,借助(zhu)外力(li)提升(sheng)部(bu)(bu)門(men)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平。半年來2次主動(dong)聯系(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心理咨詢(xun)中(zhong)心,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)借助(zhu)專(zhuan)業(ye)力(li)量提升(sheng)對重點(dian)關注(zhu)(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)管(guan)(guan)理能力(li)和(he)(he)應對水平。積極(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體平臺(tai)在(zai)思(si)(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織策劃(hua)(hua)迎新(xin)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)推文(wen)、國慶70周年系(xi)(xi)列(lie)活動(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)年說推文(wen)等(deng)宣傳推文(wen),深受新(xin)生(sheng)歡(huan)迎。

宋李翔老(lao)師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔(dan)當,身先士卒(zu),高(gao)度自律(lv)。每天早上提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下(xia)午最后一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離(li)開(kai)(kai)辦公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍內部建設(she),通過(guo)專(zhuan)題研(yan)討、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等方(fang)式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情況(kuang),及(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員反饋早晚(wan)修(xiu)情況(kuang)。積(ji)極(ji)通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走(zou)訪(fang)宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座談(tan)(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態(tai),及(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)展主題教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次,宿舍(she)走(zou)訪(fang)4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和(he)培養特點(dian),有針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)開(kai)(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動(dong)育人(ren)、文化(hua)育人(ren)理(li)念落實到位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄(qi)引導(dao)(dao)(dao)教育,而是通過(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員一(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育引導(dao)(dao)(dao)。羅馬(ma)城不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)建設(she)也(ye)不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)嚴于律(lv)己的(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正能(neng)量的(de)積(ji)極(ji)傳遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部的(de)建設(she)與時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進,勇往直前(qian)。
