
宋李翔,中共黨員(yuan),數創學(xue)院學(xue)工辦負責(ze)人。雖說(shuo)是(shi)今年初從(cong)管(guan)理(li)學(xue)院輪崗(gang)(gang)來(lai)到數創學(xue)院,但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李翔已在學(xue)生管(guan)理(li)工作崗(gang)(gang)位辛(xin)勤(qin)(qin)耕耘九個年頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍(wu)中品格(ge)優(you)秀(xiu)、勤(qin)(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。
自(zi)“不(bu)忘初心,牢記使(shi)命(ming)”主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積極(ji)響應(ying)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總(zong)支的(de)號召,根(gen)據學校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和學院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘初心,牢記使(shi)命(ming)”主題教育統一部(bu)署(shu)(shu)和安(an)排,積極(ji)組(zu)織(zhi)學院(yuan)學生支部(bu)的(de)各項工(gong)作(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)與學生日常工(gong)作(zuo)同(tong)部(bu)署(shu)(shu)、共落實,找(zhao)準(zhun)基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建(jian)設的(de)重點,扎(zha)實推進各項工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先(xian)士(shi)卒(zu)、貼近(jin)學生、貼近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)實際(ji)、貼近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)隊(dui)伍,服(fu)務于(yu)學生成長成才,展(zhan)現了學生黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書記應(ying)有(you)的(de)風(feng)采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

也較上屆(jie)有(you)了(le)明(ming)(ming)顯改(gai)觀(guan)。努力(li)創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)平(ping)(ping)臺,在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領(ling)導支持下,積極(ji)(ji)與(yu)深圳(zhen)市公安局機場分局聯(lian)絡(luo),于2019年6月正式(shi)(shi)成立深職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)(dong)畫(hua)宣傳志(zhi)愿服(fu)務基地,使得志(zhi)愿服(fu)務與(yu)專業建(jian)設(she)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)深度融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)意整合資(zi)源,借助(zhu)(zhu)外(wai)力(li)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)部(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)(ping)。半(ban)年來(lai)2次主動(dong)(dong)聯(lian)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)理(li)咨(zi)詢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通過借助(zhu)(zhu)專業力(li)量(liang)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)對重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管(guan)理(li)能力(li)和(he)(he)(he)(he)應對水平(ping)(ping)。積極(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體平(ping)(ping)臺在(zai)思(si)想政治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組織策劃(hua)迎新(xin)系(xi)列推文(wen)(wen)、國(guo)慶70周年系(xi)列活動(dong)(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年說推文(wen)(wen)等宣傳推文(wen)(wen),深受新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)敢于(yu)(yu)擔(dan)當,身先士(shi)卒,高度自(zi)律(lv)。每天早上(shang)提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)作(zuo),下午最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公室,關(guan)愛團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍內(nei)部建設(she),通過(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團隊(dui)活動(dong)等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造(zao)出團結協(xie)作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)實(shi)地(di)檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情況(kuang),及時(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)反饋早晚修情況(kuang)。積極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走訪宿(su)舍(she)(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態(tai),及時(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)(jie)難。自(zi)開展主題教(jiao)(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)以來(lai),主持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人次(ci),宿(su)舍(she)(she)走訪4次(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培(pei)養特點,有針(zhen)對(dui)性的(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育人、文化育人理(li)念落實(shi)到位。同時(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)育,而是(shi)(shi)通過(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢碰(peng)硬的(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育引導(dao)。羅(luo)馬城不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)團隊(dui)建設(she)也不(bu)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)嚴(yan)于(yu)(yu)律(lv)己的(de)作(zuo)風和正能(neng)量的(de)積極傳遞才(cai)能(neng)讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建設(she)與時(shi)(shi)俱(ju)進,勇往直前。
