
宋(song)李翔(xiang),中共黨員(yuan),數創(chuang)學院學工辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是今年(nian)初從(cong)管(guan)理(li)學院輪崗來到數創(chuang)學院,但從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋(song)李翔(xiang)已在學生管(guan)理(li)工作崗位辛勤耕耘(yun)九個年(nian)頭,是學校(xiao)學工隊伍中品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富(fu)的中堅力量。

宋李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔當,身先(xian)士卒,高度自律。每(mei)天早(zao)(zao)(zao)上提前(qian)(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)趕(gan)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛團(tuan)隊成員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍內部(bu)建設(she),通(tong)過專題研(yan)討、團(tuan)隊成員談(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊活動等(deng)方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉獻的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每(mei)周(zhou)2次實地檢(jian)查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)(zao)(zao)修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況,及時(shi)向(xiang)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋早(zao)(zao)(zao)晚修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)等(deng)形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)動態,及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解難。自開(kai)展主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以(yi)來,主(zhu)(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次,宿舍走訪(fang)(fang)4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)培養特點(dian),有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育人(ren)、文化育人(ren)理(li)念落實到(dao)(dao)位。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)(bu)放棄引導教(jiao)育,而是(shi)通(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主(zhu)(zhu)任、輔導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育引導。羅(luo)馬(ma)城不(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊建設(she)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過嚴于(yu)律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能量(liang)的(de)積(ji)極傳遞才(cai)能讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)建設(she)與時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往(wang)直前(qian)(qian)。
