[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)特(te)有的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)底(di)蘊(yun)和(he)(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)地位(wei),對整個(ge)社(she)(she)會(hui)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,甚(shen)而(er)對經濟(ji)、科(ke)(ke)研、社(she)(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)明等方面(mian)的進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的作用。圖書(shu)館(guan)作為古今中外(wai)最重(zhong)要(yao)的藏(zang)書(shu)場所、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)天地,肩(jian)負著(zhu)特(te)別的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)使命和(he)(he)任務。高校圖書(shu)館(guan)在為教(jiao)學科(ke)(ke)研服務的同(tong)時,更有著(zhu)直接(jie)參與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人的重(zhong)要(yao)使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)合式創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對(dui)(dui)職業(ye)院(yuan)校提出的(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合市場(chang)對(dui)(dui)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)新(xin)變(bian)化(hua),也切合技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才未來發(fa)展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培養模式改(gai)革,對(dui)(dui)職業(ye)院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發(fa)展與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)提出了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)才培育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作(zuo)為傳統(tong)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主體部門、教(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖(tu)書(shu)館理當(dang)主動參與(yu)到文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)中。

  從(cong)單一的(de)(de)專業要(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)科或專業群要(yao)求(qiu),從(cong)適應(ying)崗位到(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)(dao)以人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為本綜(zong)合(he)發展(zhan)(zhan),現代(dai)(dai)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)理念與(yu)定位有根(gen)本性轉變(bian)(bian),對高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館而(er)言,自(zi)身(shen)定位與(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)責(ze)任必須(xu)進(jin)行變(bian)(bian)革(ge)。第一,努力(li)拓展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內(nei)涵,必須(xu)要(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)到(dao)(dao)(dao)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)以育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為中心開展(zhan)(zhan)資源建設和(he)服(fu)務提(ti)升(sheng),依復合(he)型、創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型要(yao)求(qiu)來采(cai)購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善(shan)(shan)閱讀環(huan)境,開展(zhan)(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務,更要(yao)走(zou)出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館,參與(yu)到(dao)(dao)(dao)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)第一線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館可以全程介入(ru)教(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)整個過程,從(cong)而(er)在實(shi)踐中使(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)外延,著力(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)大(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)。第二,著力(li)打(da)造(zao)新(xin)型的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開,不僅(jin)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課(ke)程的(de)(de)開設問題,更重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)境與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)建設問題,推進(jin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設,是(shi)(shi)一個重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)切(qie)入(ru)點。要(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)香(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁(yu)。第三,不斷放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)十分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設中,應(ying)該根(gen)據時(shi)代(dai)(dai)需要(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,組織各方(fang)面的(de)(de)力(li)量,從(cong)不同角度完(wan)善(shan)(shan)、充實(shi)、放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)將教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社會(hui)服(fu)務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全面成長相結合(he),激勵教(jiao)師投身(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)中來。抓住德(de)育的(de)(de)教(jiao)育主線,用不同形(xing)式(shi)和(he)方(fang)法(fa)提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)社會(hui)公德(de)、職業道(dao)德(de)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)。要(yao)把(ba)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到(dao)(dao)(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)精神(shen)(shen),以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為基礎(chu),逐步形(xing)成學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格與(yu)精神(shen)(shen)內(nei)核(he),塑造(zao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng),提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落(luo)實(shi)“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才(cai)培(pei)養理念(nian),一(yi)方面要(yao)求圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推動書香(xiang)校園(yuan),促進校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一(yi)方面也從(cong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書館的(de)具體(ti)工作提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)要(yao)求。

  1、豐(feng)富(fu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設是圖書(shu)館永恒的主題(ti)(ti)(ti),今(jin)后應有三(san)個轉變(bian),一(yi)是重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵(han),二是要(yao)優化(hua)結(jie)構,三(san)是重點抓好特(te)色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設實則是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設,是書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)發(fa)展的基礎(chu)。為形成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)色(se)(se)(se),應進一(yi)步與學校(xiao)各(ge)部門(men)及校(xiao)外單位合(he)作,加強(qiang)合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設,加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養(yang)、地(di)(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),一(yi)旦形成規(gui)模,就(jiu)進行(xing)歸納整理,集中收(shou)(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日(ri)常采購(gou)中,應有意(yi)識地(di)(di)進行(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購(gou),形成特(te)色(se)(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可(ke)發(fa)揮博物(wu)館功(gong)能,收(shou)(shou)集地(di)(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)質遺(yi)產,接受私人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品,形成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)構(gou),傳(chuan)統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而(er)現代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)(shi)生,通過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基(ji)本的(de)能滿足讀(du)者需(xu)求的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此(ci)基(ji)礎上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)個(ge)(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足教師(shi)(shi)或(huo)重(zhong)(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)教學(xue)科研活動中對文(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)個(ge)(ge)性(xing)(xing)需(xu)求,其(qi)次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方(fang)法(fa)上(shang)下功夫,引進新技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更(geng)廣(guang),如微博、短信(xin)、聊天(tian)群、手機(ji)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促(cu)進與(yu)讀(du)者的(de)信(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互(hu)動。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之地。面向未來,我們提出除了(le)要(yao)把(ba)(ba)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)心(xin)之外,還要(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學習交流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳(chuan)(chuan)教育中(zhong)心(xin),實現由傳(chuan)(chuan)統大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現代(dai)、新型大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實際(ji)上賦予(yu)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不斷拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成(cheng)為(wei)學校(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)渠(qu)道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)同(tong)時,大(da)量舉(ju)辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀(du)(du)沙龍、專題(ti)講座(zuo)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有(you)新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通(tong)過教師(shi)的(de)(de)讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀(du)(du)者協會,與(yu)師(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷把(ba)(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精(jing)彩(cai),還要(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且(qie)走出校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教學活(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)專題(ti)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
