圖(tu)書特有的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)(hua)地(di)位,對整個(ge)社會(hui)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)發展(zhan),甚而對經濟、科(ke)(ke)研、社會(hui)文(wen)明等方面的(de)進步起(qi)著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作用。圖(tu)書館作為古今中外最(zui)重(zhong)要的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)天(tian)地(di),肩負著(zhu)特別(bie)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)使命(ming)和任務。高(gao)校圖(tu)書館在為教學(xue)科(ke)(ke)研服(fu)務的(de)同時,更(geng)有著(zhu)直接參(can)與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)重(zhong)要使命(ming)。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)“復合(he)式創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對職(zhi)業(ye)院校提出的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)市場對新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化,也(ye)切合(he)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才未來發展(zhan)的(de)方向。全面推(tui)進“文化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合(he)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協(xie)同育人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)模式改革,對職(zhi)業(ye)院校的(de)發展(zhan)與教育教學提出了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰(zhan),也(ye)說明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培育的(de)復雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)文化主體部門、教學輔助單位,圖書(shu)館理(li)當主動參與到文化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中(zhong)。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深(shen)入落實“文化育人”的人才(cai)培養理念,一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)求圖(tu)書文化升華拓展,衍進到(dao)書香文化,進而推動書香校園(yuan),促進校園(yuan)文化大發展,另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)也從文化建設的角度對圖(tu)書館(guan)的具體工作提出了新的要(yao)求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)永(yong)恒的主題,今后應(ying)有三個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)資源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點抓好特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖書(shu)(shu)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的基礎。為(wei)形成資源(yuan)(yuan)的針對性、有效性與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應(ying)進一(yi)步與學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)各部門及(ji)校(xiao)(xiao)外單位合作(zuo),加(jia)強合作(zuo)資源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加(jia)強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題如職業素(su)養、地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的收(shou)藏(zang),一(yi)旦形成規模,就(jiu)進行歸(gui)納整理(li),集中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)有意(yi)識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題采購(gou),形成特(te)色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)。也(ye)可(ke)發揮博物館(guan)功能,收(shou)集地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資料(liao)、非(fei)物質遺產,接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)題藏(zang)品(pin),形成專(zhuan)題數據(ju)庫或特(te)藏(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖書館(guan)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現(xian)代圖書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過(guo)(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生(sheng),通過(guo)(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要(yao)(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一(yi)套基(ji)本的(de)能滿足讀者需求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在此基(ji)礎上(shang),要(yao)(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足教(jiao)師(shi)或重(zhong)(zhong)點團隊(dui)在縱(zong)深層次的(de)教(jiao)學科研活(huo)動中(zhong)對文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)個(ge)(ge)性需求,其(qi)次要(yao)(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫,引進(jin)新(xin)技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更廣,如微博、短信(xin)(xin)(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)圖書館(guan)、虛擬圖書館(guan)等,促進(jin)與讀者的(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣(guang)開文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)是校園師(shi)(shi)生最(zui)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)聚集(ji)之(zhi)地。面向(xiang)未來(lai),我(wo)們提出除了(le)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)建(jian)(jian)成資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心之(zhi)外,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)建(jian)(jian)成學習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和宣傳教育中(zhong)(zhong)心,實現由傳統大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一(yi)流、現代、新(xin)型(xing)(xing)大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)(xing)。這(zhe)種轉型(xing)(xing)實際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為學校育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)同時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介(jie)、閱讀(du)沙龍、專題講座、書評競(jing)賽和技能比賽等(deng),保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新(xin)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)讀(du)書俱樂(le)部與學生的(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與師(shi)(shi)生建(jian)(jian)立(li)了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校園,并且走出校門,配合教學活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)(shi)生的(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)(zhan)書香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
