[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書特(te)有的(de)文(wen)化底蘊和(he)文(wen)化地(di)位,對整個社(she)會的(de)文(wen)化大發展,甚而對經濟(ji)、科研、社(she)會文(wen)明等(deng)方面的(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕(qing)重的(de)作用。圖(tu)書館作為(wei)古今中(zhong)外最重要的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)化天地(di),肩負著(zhu)特(te)別(bie)的(de)文(wen)化使命(ming)(ming)和(he)任務(wu)。高校圖(tu)書館在為(wei)教學(xue)科研服(fu)務(wu)的(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)化育人的(de)重要使命(ming)(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養(yang)“復(fu)合式創新型高(gao)素(su)質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才”,是(shi)新時期(qi)對(dui)職(zhi)業院校提出的(de)(de)新要求,符合市場(chang)對(dui)新型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)新變化(hua),也切合技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才未(wei)來發展(zhan)的(de)(de)方向。全面推(tui)進“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)模(mo)式改革(ge),對(dui)職(zhi)業院校的(de)(de)發展(zhan)與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提出了(le)新的(de)(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了(le)新型技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)育(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部門、教(jiao)學輔(fu)助單位,圖(tu)書館(guan)理(li)當主動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落(luo)實(shi)“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人”的人才培養(yang)理念,一方面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓展,衍(yan)進(jin)到書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)發展,另一方面也從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的角度(du)對(dui)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的具(ju)體工作提出(chu)了新的要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)(ji)。資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖(tu)書館(guan)永(yong)恒的(de)(de)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應(ying)有三個轉變,一是(shi)重(zhong)視資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三是(shi)重(zhong)點抓好特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)礎。為形(xing)成資源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)針對性、有效性與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應(ying)進一步與學校各部門及校外單(dan)位合作(zuo),加(jia)強(qiang)合作(zuo)資源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加(jia)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收藏(zang),一旦形(xing)成規(gui)模,就進行歸(gui)納整理,集中(zhong)收藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中(zhong),應(ying)有意識地(di)進行專題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)成特(te)色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發揮博(bo)物(wu)館(guan)功能,收集地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資料(liao)、非(fei)物(wu)質遺產(chan),接受(shou)私人專題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品(pin),形(xing)成專題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而(er)現(xian)代圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常應建(jian)立一(yi)套基(ji)本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者需求的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此(ci)基(ji)礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師(shi)或重(zhong)點團隊(dui)在縱深(shen)層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)需求,其(qi)次(ci)要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上下功(gong)夫(fu),引(yin)進新(xin)技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣(guang),如微(wei)博、短信、聊天群、手(shou)機圖書(shu)館、虛(xu)擬圖書(shu)館等,促進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)(de)信息(xi)(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)的聚集之地。面向未來,我們提出除了(le)(le)要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信息中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之外,還(huan)要(yao)建成學(xue)(xue)(xue)習交(jiao)流中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)(jiao)育中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實現由傳統大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的轉型。這種轉型實際(ji)上(shang)賦(fu)予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng)(neng),不(bu)斷拓寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)平(ping)臺,成為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育人(ren)的重(zhong)要(yao)渠道(dao)。近(jin)年(nian)來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好常規服務的同時,大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競(jing)賽(sai)和技能(neng)(neng)比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了(le)(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月(yue)有新的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)的頻率,通過教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂(le)部與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的讀(du)者協會,與師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)建立了(le)(le)廣(guang)泛的聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不(bu)斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)活動(dong)或師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)的專題(ti)(ti)活動(dong),開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。
