技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人”的人才(cai)培養理念,一方面要(yao)求(qiu)圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化升華拓展,衍(yan)進到(dao)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化,進而推動(dong)書(shu)香校園,促(cu)進校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化大發展,另一方面也從文(wen)(wen)(wen)化建設的角度對(dui)圖書(shu)館的具體工作提出了(le)新的要(yao)求(qiu)。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)館永恒的主題(ti),今后應有三(san)個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵,二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好(hao)特(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設實則是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)發展(zhan)的基(ji)礎(chu)。為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)(te)色,應進一步與學(xue)校各部門(men)及校外(wai)單位合作,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素養、地方(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的收藏(zang)(zang)(zang),一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就進行(xing)歸納(na)整理(li),集(ji)中收藏(zang)(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采(cai)(cai)購中,應有意識地進行(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)采(cai)(cai)購,形(xing)成(cheng)特(te)(te)色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物館功能,收集(ji)地方(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺(yi)產,接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)數(shu)據庫(ku)或特(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)室。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳(chuan)統(tong)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)務(wu)(wu)影(ying)響師生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua),日常應建立(li)一套基(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在此(ci)基(ji)礎上,要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師或(huo)重(zhong)點(dian)團隊在縱深層次的(de)(de)教學科研活(huo)動中對(dui)文(wen)獻信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性需求,其次要在服(fu)務(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上下功夫,引進(jin)新技術(shu)讓(rang)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率(lv)更高,服(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天(tian)群、手(shou)機圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進(jin)與讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)交(jiao)流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)師生(sheng)最重要的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集(ji)之地。面(mian)向未來,我們提出除(chu)了要把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資源信息(xi)中心之外,還(huan)要建成(cheng)學(xue)習交流(liu)中心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)中心和(he)宣(xuan)傳教育中心,實(shi)現由傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新(xin)型大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型。這(zhe)種轉型實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能,不斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)校(xiao)育人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)重要渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)做(zuo)好常規服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主(zhu)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介、閱讀沙(sha)龍(long)、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競(jing)賽和(he)技能比(bi)賽等(deng),保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每(mei)月有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師生(sheng)建立(li)了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以(yi)后(hou),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精彩(cai),還(huan)要走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且走出校(xiao)門,配(pei)合教學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專題活(huo)動(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)。
