技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)(pei)養“復(fu)合(he)(he)式創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)高素質(zhi)高技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對職業(ye)院(yuan)校提出的(de)新(xin)要求,符合(he)(he)市場(chang)對新(xin)型(xing)(xing)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也(ye)切合(he)(he)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才未來發展的(de)方向。全面推進“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養模式改革,對職業(ye)院(yuan)校的(de)發展與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學提出了新(xin)的(de)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),也(ye)說明了新(xin)型(xing)(xing)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)育(yu)(yu)的(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)。作(zuo)為傳統(tong)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)學輔助單位(wei),圖書館理當主(zhu)動參與(yu)到文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深(shen)入落(luo)實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理念,一(yi)方面要求圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華拓展,衍(yan)進到書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而(er)推動書(shu)香校園(yuan),促進校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一(yi)方面也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設(she)的(de)角(jiao)度對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作(zuo)提出了(le)新的(de)要求。
1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)永恒的(de)主題,今后應(ying)有三個轉變,一是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)點抓好特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)(tu)書資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)書香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎(chu)。為形(xing)(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針對(dui)性、有效性與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色(se),應(ying)進一步與(yu)學(xue)校各部門及校外單(dan)位合(he)作,加(jia)強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加(jia)強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題如(ru)職業素養、地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang),一旦形(xing)(xing)(xing)成規(gui)模,就(jiu)進行歸納整(zheng)理,集中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題文(wen)庫。日常采(cai)購(gou)(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)有意識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題采(cai)購(gou)(gou),形(xing)(xing)(xing)成特色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也(ye)可發揮博物(wu)館(guan)功能,收(shou)集地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物(wu)質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)題藏(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)題數(shu)據(ju)庫或特藏(zang)室。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)務機(ji)(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)務比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)務應更(geng)注(zhu)重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過服(fu)務影響師生,通過文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務來(lai)育人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務關(guan)鍵(jian)要(yao)做到服(fu)務的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日(ri)常(chang)應建立一套基本的(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者(zhe)需求的(de)服(fu)務體系(xi),在此(ci)基礎上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務,開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息的(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務,滿足(zu)教(jiao)師或重(zhong)點團隊在縱深層(ceng)次的(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研(yan)活動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息的(de)個性(xing)需求,其次要(yao)在服(fu)務細節、服(fu)務態度、服(fu)務方法上下功(gong)夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)務效率更(geng)高,服(fu)務范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短(duan)信、聊天群、手機(ji)(ji)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)信息交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)園師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)最重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面(mian)向未來(lai),我們提出(chu)(chu)除了要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成資源信息中心(xin)之(zhi)外,還要(yao)建(jian)成學習交(jiao)流中心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動中心(xin)和(he)宣傳教(jiao)育中心(xin),實(shi)現由傳統(tong)大(da)(da)學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型大(da)(da)學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實(shi)際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更(geng)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動平臺,成為學校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近年(nian)來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)(da)量(liang)舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推(tui)介、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座(zuo)、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和(he)技能(neng)比(bi)賽等(deng),保持(chi)了館(guan)(guan)內每(mei)月有(you)新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展示與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通過(guo)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)建(jian)立(li)了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后(hou),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)內各(ge)類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)動搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)走(zou)出(chu)(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并且(qie)走(zou)出(chu)(chu)校(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學活(huo)(huo)動或師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動,開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)。
