[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)特有的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)底(di)蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)地位,對整個社(she)會(hui)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大發展,甚而(er)對經(jing)濟(ji)、科研(yan)、社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的進步(bu)起(qi)著(zhu)舉足輕(qing)重的作用(yong)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館作為古今(jin)中外最重要(yao)的藏書(shu)(shu)場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著(zhu)特別的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)使命(ming)和任務。高校圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館在為教學(xue)科研(yan)服(fu)務的同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)的重要(yao)使命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養(yang)“復合式(shi)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)出的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求(qiu),符合市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變(bian)化(hua),也(ye)切合技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)未來發展的(de)(de)方(fang)向(xiang)。全面(mian)推進(jin)“文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)模式(shi)改革(ge),對(dui)職業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)發展與(yu)教育(yu)(yu)教學提(ti)出了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也(ye)說明(ming)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復雜(za)性。作(zuo)為傳統的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部門、教學輔(fu)助單位,圖(tu)書館理當(dang)主動(dong)參與(yu)到文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落實(shi)“文化(hua)育(yu)人”的人才培養理念,一方面(mian)要(yao)求圖書(shu)文化(hua)升華拓(tuo)展,衍進(jin)(jin)到書(shu)香(xiang)文化(hua),進(jin)(jin)而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校園(yuan),促(cu)進(jin)(jin)校園(yuan)文化(hua)大發展,另一方面(mian)也從文化(hua)建設的角度(du)對圖書(shu)館的具體(ti)工作提出了新的要(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書館(guan)永(yong)恒(heng)的主題(ti),今后應(ying)有三個(ge)轉變,一是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點抓好特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的基(ji)礎。為(wei)形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的針對性、有效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色,應(ying)進一步與(yu)學校各部門及校外單(dan)位(wei)合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職業素養、地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的收藏,一旦形(xing)(xing)成規模(mo),就進行歸納整(zheng)理,集中收藏,建(jian)(jian)立(li)專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常采購中,應(ying)有意(yi)識地進行專題(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)成特色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也可(ke)發(fa)揮博物館(guan)功能,收集地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物質遺產,接受(shou)私人專題(ti)藏品,形(xing)(xing)成專題(ti)數據(ju)庫(ku)或特藏室。

  2、優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)更注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影(ying)響師(shi)(shi)生,通過(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立一套基本的(de)(de)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)讀者需(xu)(xu)求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)書文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)足(zu)教師(shi)(shi)或重點團隊(dui)在縱(zong)深層(ceng)次的(de)(de)教學科(ke)研活動(dong)中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)性需(xu)(xu)求,其次要(yao)在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新(xin)技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如(ru)微(wei)博、短信、聊天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書館、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書館等(deng),促進與讀者的(de)(de)信息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。

  3、廣開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動——拓寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館是校(xiao)(xiao)園師生(sheng)最(zui)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集(ji)之地。面向(xiang)(xiang)未來,我們(men)提出(chu)除了(le)要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館建成資(zi)源信(xin)息中心(xin)之外,還(huan)(huan)要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習交流中心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動中心(xin)和(he)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中心(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳(chuan)統大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館向(xiang)(xiang)一流、現(xian)代(dai)、新型大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實(shi)際(ji)上賦予(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館更多(duo)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不(bu)斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動平臺,成為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年(nian)來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館在做(zuo)好(hao)常規服(fu)務的(de)同時,大量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館藏推介(jie)、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和(he)技能(neng)比賽等,保(bao)持了(le)館內每月有(you)新的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動的(de)頻率,通(tong)過教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)讀(du)者(zhe)協(xie)會,與(yu)師生(sheng)建立了(le)廣泛的(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷(duan)把館內各(ge)類(lei)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動搞好(hao)搞精(jing)彩(cai),還(huan)(huan)要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門(men),配(pei)合(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)活(huo)動或師生(sheng)的(de)專題活(huo)動,開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
