技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實(shi)“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人”的(de)(de)人才培(pei)養(yang)理(li)念,一方(fang)面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓(tuo)展,衍進到書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua),進而(er)推動書(shu)(shu)香校園,促進校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,另一方(fang)面也(ye)從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設(she)的(de)(de)角度對圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)具體(ti)工作提出了(le)新的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
1、豐富(fu)文化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)——夯實文化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書館永恒(heng)的主題(ti),今后應(ying)(ying)有(you)三個轉變(bian),一是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)視資源(yuan)的文化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)點抓好特(te)色資源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖(tu)書資源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實則(ze)是(shi)(shi)文化(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)書香文化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園文化(hua)(hua)發展的基(ji)礎。為(wei)形成(cheng)(cheng)資源(yuan)的針(zhen)對性(xing)、有(you)效性(xing)與(yu)文化(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應(ying)(ying)進(jin)(jin)一步與(yu)學校(xiao)各(ge)部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加強(qiang)合作資源(yuan)、特(te)色資源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加強(qiang)文化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職業素(su)養、地方文化(hua)(hua)、高職文化(hua)(hua)的收(shou)藏(zang),一旦形成(cheng)(cheng)規(gui)模,就進(jin)(jin)行歸納整(zheng)理,集(ji)中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專題(ti)文庫(ku)。日常采購(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)(ying)有(you)意(yi)識(shi)地進(jin)(jin)行專題(ti)采購(gou),形成(cheng)(cheng)特(te)色文化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發揮博物(wu)館功能(neng),收(shou)集(ji)地方文化(hua)(hua)資料(liao)、非物(wu)質遺產,接受私人專題(ti)藏(zang)品(pin),形成(cheng)(cheng)專題(ti)數據庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)室。
2、優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延(yan)伸文化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現(xian)代圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重(zhong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影(ying)響師生,通過文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵(jian)要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立一套基本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀者需(xu)(xu)求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此(ci)基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書(shu)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)(de)教學(xue)科研活(huo)動(dong)中對文獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)性需(xu)(xu)求,其(qi)次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫(fu),引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率(lv)更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短(duan)信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖書(shu)館、虛擬圖書(shu)館等,促進與(yu)讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)園(yuan)師生最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)聚(ju)集(ji)之地。面(mian)向未(wei)來,我們提出除了要(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建成資源信息中心之外,還要(yao)建成學習交流中心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)中心和宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中心,實現(xian)由傳統大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現(xian)代、新型大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型。這種(zhong)轉型實際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化功能,不(bu)斷拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)平臺,成為(wei)學校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦(ban)主題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化展覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱(yue)讀(du)(du)沙(sha)龍、專題(ti)(ti)講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)(sai)和技能比賽(sai)(sai)等(deng),保持(chi)了館(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化展示與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師的(de)(de)讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂(le)部與(yu)(yu)學生的(de)(de)讀(du)(du)者協會,與(yu)(yu)師生建立了廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)聯(lian)系(xi)。以(yi)后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)不(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)走(zou)(zou)出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且(qie)走(zou)(zou)出校(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學活動(dong)或師生的(de)(de)專題(ti)(ti)活動(dong),開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化服(fu)務。
