
1月(yue)11日,深圳職業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)“專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)1.0版(ban)”正式(shi)發布。黨委書(shu)記、校(xiao)長楊欣斌在本學(xue)期專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)主任能(neng)力提升培(pei)訓班(ban)上表(biao)示,專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)是指(zhi)導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)實施的工作(zuo)指(zhi)南,是促進專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)內涵發展的根本保障,是檢驗專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人才培(pei)養的質(zhi)量(liang)基(ji)(ji)準(zhun),對于(yu)促進職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育高質(zhi)量(liang)發展、提升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)具(ju)有重要的基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(chu)性(xing)作(zuo)用。學(xue)校(xiao)要以(yi)“專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)1.0版(ban)”為基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(chu),不(bu)斷迭代完善專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),并開發課程(cheng)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)、實訓實習(xi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),技(ji)能(neng)等級證書(shu)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),形成具(ju)有世界一流(liu)水準(zhun)和深職特(te)色的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)體系(xi),為打造技(ji)術(shu)技(ji)能(neng)人才培(pei)養高地奠定(ding)堅實基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)(chu)。
2019—2020學(xue)(xue)年度,為切實落(luo)實國(guo)家(jia)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設要(yao)求,主動適應粵港澳大(da)灣區及(ji)深圳產業(ye)(ye)發展重(zhong)大(da)需求,大(da)力推進(jin)數字化時(shi)代專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)與(yu)課(ke)程轉型升(sheng)級,持續提升(sheng)人才培養(yang)質量,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)黨委高度重(zhong)視、大(da)力推進(jin)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設工(gong)作。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)兩次召開教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項會議(yi)進(jin)行頂(ding)層設計和專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題研究,提出了專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設的(de)總(zong)體思路和明確要(yao)求。校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)領導多次主持召開調度會,及(ji)時(shi)總(zong)結標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)研制(zhi)(zhi)過(guo)程中的(de)經驗和存在的(de)不足。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)成立由教(jiao)(jiao)務處牽(qian)頭的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)建設辦公(gong)室,設置五個專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)工(gong)作組,聯合一批(pi)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)、一線教(jiao)(jiao)師、行業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia),共同(tong)研制(zhi)(zhi)對接國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)、凸顯學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色、適應新(xin)時(shi)代技術技能人才培養(yang)要(yao)求的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。
此項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)歷時(shi)(shi)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)有余(yu),大致分為四個(ge)階(jie)段:一是(shi)(shi)模(mo)板研制階(jie)段(2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)—2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue))。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務(wu)(wu)處組(zu)織有關專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家和電子信息工(gong)(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、通信技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、商務(wu)(wu)英語等三個(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)團隊,研制形成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)模(mo)板及樣例。二是(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)訓研討(tao)階(jie)段(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)—4月(yue))。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校出臺《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和課(ke)程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研制工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)指引》《專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和課(ke)程標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)施方案》,對(dui)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)內涵進(jin)行深入(ru)解(jie)讀與研討(tao),對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研制工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)全(quan)面部署。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家團隊深入(ru)各(ge)二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院進(jin)行培(pei)(pei)訓指導(dao)。三是(shi)(shi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制訂階(jie)段(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)—7月(yue))。在(zai)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家組(zu)指導(dao)下,各(ge)二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院組(zu)織進(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)訓、調研、研討(tao)與制訂工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。79個(ge)招生專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制訂全(quan)部完(wan)成(cheng)。四是(shi)(shi)審(shen)定完(wan)善階(jie)段(2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)—2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)11月(yue))。通過二級(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院內部的(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)交叉(cha)審(shen)定和專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)組(zu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)審(shen)定相結合的(de)(de)方式,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校對(dui)各(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)層(ceng)層(ceng)審(shen)核,各(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)依據(ju)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家意見進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)修改完(wan)善,形成(cheng)最終(zhong)稿。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)1.0版共(gong)分專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)描述、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)面向、培(pei)(pei)養目(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)、培(pei)(pei)養規格、課(ke)程設(she)(she)(she)置及學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)時(shi)(shi)安排、畢業(ye)(ye)要(yao)求(qiu)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)本條件、質量保障體系、其(qi)他事項(xiang)(xiang)說明(ming)等九大部分,其(qi)體例在(zai)遵循教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部發布的(de)(de)《高等職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(試行)》的(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,整合了(le)(le)(le)相關條目(mu),豐富了(le)(le)(le)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)內容(rong),各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)具體指標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)均高于國家標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),并為專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)提供彈性空間,力求(qiu)凸顯專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)個(ge)性化、特色化,較好地體現了(le)(le)(le)數字經濟背(bei)景(jing)下專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)代性、先進(jin)性和高標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。
同時(shi),根據專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教學標(biao)準(zhun)1.0版,教務(wu)處(chu)組織制(zhi)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)了2020級人(ren)才培養方(fang)案(an),選編了71門(men)課程標(biao)準(zhun)。隨著產(chan)業(ye)(ye)轉型(xing)升(sheng)級步伐(fa)加快和職業(ye)(ye)教育高(gao)(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的新(xin)要(yao)求,在(zai)人(ren)才培養模式(shi)改革、產(chan)教融合、課程設置、“雙師”隊伍(wu)建(jian)設、“1+ X”證書開發(fa)(fa)(fa)、教材與教學資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)質量評價、國際(ji)化發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)等方(fang)面,各專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)還要(yao)進一步深入調(diao)研,不斷強化專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)內涵挖掘與研究,持續(xu)迭代(dai)完善專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教學標(biao)準(zhun),為人(ren)才培養方(fang)案(an)修訂(ding)(ding)(ding)、課程標(biao)準(zhun)制(zhi)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)提供科(ke)學的引領(ling),為學校轉型(xing)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、創新(xin)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、高(gao)(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)奠(dian)定堅(jian)實(shi)的基礎。
