魯(lu)昕(xin)列舉了人(ren)(ren)社(she)部(bu)發布的數字經(jing)濟背景下(xia)市場需求(qiu)迫切的39個新職業,通(tong)過分(fen)析(xi)(xi)新職業、新知識、新技術、新技能(neng),突顯出工作場景變化(hua)對“雙高”專業建設提出的要(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)昕(xin)通(tong)過對工信(xin)部(bu)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)交流(liu)中心發布的《工業互(hu)聯網產業人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)崗(gang)位能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu)》分(fen)析(xi)(xi),展示了工業互(hu)聯網產業人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)8個方(fang)向41個崗(gang)位的4項(xiang)能(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu),系(xi)統總結了人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)發展對高等教育動(dong)手(shou)能(neng)力(li)數字化(hua)和(he)實訓基地虛擬化(hua)轉型(xing)的呼喚(huan)。
魯昕(xin)希望,在“雙(shuang)(shuang)區”建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)背景下,“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程中,深職院(yuan)作為(wei)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”中的(de)(de)(de)(de)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”,要充分(fen)探(tan)討(tao)如何在粵港(gang)澳大灣區的(de)(de)(de)(de)政策(ce)環(huan)境(jing)、在新(xin)一(yi)(yi)代信息技術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)文化、在深職院(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工科特色中發(fa)揮(hui)積極(ji)作用(yong),構建新(xin)知識體系,構建新(xin)課程體系,顛覆(fu)專(zhuan)業結構,培養(yang)復合(he)性人才,成(cheng)為(wei)名副其實的(de)(de)(de)(de)世(shi)界一(yi)(yi)流職業技術(shu)(shu)學院(yuan)。
