為深(shen)入推進(jin)學校(xiao)數字化轉型,高(gao)質量落(luo)實好“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設各項任務(wu),6月28日,深(shen)圳(zhen)職(zhi)業技(ji)術(shu)學院(yuan)舉行黨委理論學習中(zhong)心組(擴大(da))學習會,特別邀請全(quan)(quan)國政協(xie)委員(yuan)、中(zhong)國職(zhi)業技(ji)術(shu)教育學會會長、教育部原(yuan)副(fu)部長魯(lu)昕在京聯(lian)線,作題(ti)為《人工智(zhi)能(neng)與經濟學:“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設全(quan)(quan)新領域(yu)的全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建(jian)設》專(zhuan)題(ti)報(bao)告。會議由校(xiao)黨委書記、校(xiao)長楊欣斌主(zhu)持。

習近平總書記(ji)高(gao)度(du)重視(shi)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能發(fa)展,認為“人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能是(shi)引領新一輪科技革命和(he)(he)產業變(bian)革的(de)重要(yao)驅動(dong)力(li)”,“把握全球人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能發(fa)展態(tai)勢,找準突破口(kou)和(he)(he)主(zhu)攻方向,培養(yang)大批具(ju)有創新能力(li)和(he)(he)合作精神的(de)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能高(gao)端人(ren)才是(shi)教育的(de)重要(yao)使命”。

魯(lu)昕列舉(ju)了(le)人(ren)(ren)社(she)部發布(bu)的(de)(de)數(shu)字經濟背景(jing)下市場(chang)(chang)需求(qiu)迫切的(de)(de)39個(ge)(ge)新(xin)職業,通過分析新(xin)職業、新(xin)知識、新(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)技能(neng),突顯出工(gong)(gong)作場(chang)(chang)景(jing)變化(hua)對“雙高(gao)”專(zhuan)業建設(she)提(ti)出的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)昕通過對工(gong)(gong)信部人(ren)(ren)才交流中(zhong)心發布(bu)的(de)(de)《工(gong)(gong)業互聯網產(chan)業人(ren)(ren)才崗位能(neng)力(li)(li)要求(qiu)》分析,展示了(le)工(gong)(gong)業互聯網產(chan)業人(ren)(ren)才8個(ge)(ge)方向41個(ge)(ge)崗位的(de)(de)4項能(neng)力(li)(li)要求(qiu),系(xi)統總(zong)結了(le)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展對高(gao)等教育動手能(neng)力(li)(li)數(shu)字化(hua)和實訓基地虛擬化(hua)轉型(xing)的(de)(de)呼喚。

魯(lu)昕希望,在(zai)“雙(shuang)區(qu)”建設的(de)(de)背(bei)景下,“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設的(de)(de)過(guo)程中(zhong),深(shen)職院作為(wei)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”中(zhong)的(de)(de)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”,要充分探(tan)討如何在(zai)粵(yue)港澳大灣區(qu)的(de)(de)政策環境、在(zai)新(xin)(xin)一(yi)代信息技術(shu)的(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)文化、在(zai)深(shen)職院的(de)(de)工科特色中(zhong)發揮積極作用,構建新(xin)(xin)知識體系,構建新(xin)(xin)課(ke)程體系,顛覆專業結構,培養(yang)復合性人(ren)才,成(cheng)為(wei)名副其(qi)實的(de)(de)世界(jie)一(yi)流職業技術(shu)學院。

楊欣斌(bin)在總結(jie)中表(biao)示,魯(lu)昕會(hui)(hui)長(chang)的(de)報告站位高遠(yuan)、視野開(kai)闊(kuo),理(li)論深厚、邏(luo)輯(ji)嚴密,觀點鮮明(ming)、素(su)材(cai)豐富(fu),聚焦(jiao)問題、貼近實際,特別是結(jie)合我校“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)、專業設(she)(she)置(zhi)和產教(jiao)融合的(de)情況提出(chu)具體的(de)指導(dao)意見,對于推動學校數字(zi)化(hua)轉型,落實好“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),科學謀劃“十四(si)五(wu)”期間的(de)思路和舉措,具有重要的(de)指導(dao)意義。楊欣斌(bin)要求各單位深刻領會(hui)(hui)、深入(ru)研究魯(lu)昕會(hui)(hui)長(chang)的(de)報告精神,結(jie)合實際抓好貫徹落實,努力(li)在“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中走在前列,爭當職(zhi)業教(jiao)育創新發展的(de)先行(xing)者。

整場報告歷時兩(liang)個半小時,全(quan)校(xiao)共300余(yu)人參加學(xue)(xue)習,其中,全(quan)體專業主任、教(jiao)研(yan)室主任、實訓(xun)室主任在(zai)會場進行集中學(xue)(xue)習;全(quan)體校(xiao)領導、黨委委員,全(quan)體中層干部通過(guo)騰訊會議系統進行線上學(xue)(xue)習。
