

以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。
11月26-27日,以“數字職(zhi)(zhi)教建(jian)設 共(gong)商共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享”為(wei)主題(ti)的(de)2020年“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教育國際研討會(hui)在深圳召開(kai)。來自26個國家和地區政府(fu)部門(men)、院校機(ji)構、行業(ye)企業(ye)的(de)近300名專(zhuan)家學者齊聚線(xian)上線(xian)下,共(gong)商數字經(jing)濟(ji)時代“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”國家職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教育的(de)機(ji)遇(yu)與挑(tiao)戰,發布了《深圳倡議》。這是繼2018年首次 “一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教育國際研討會(hui)成(cheng)功舉辦以來,職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教育領域的(de)又一(yi)場(chang)高規格國際盛(sheng)會(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯昕在(zai)致辭中談(tan)到,今(jin)年以來,全(quan)球疫情(qing)蔓延,世界經濟低迷,隨著新一輪科技革命和(he)產業變革深入(ru)(ru)發展,國(guo)際力量對比深刻調整,和(he)平的發展仍然是(shi)(shi)時(shi)代的主題,人類命運(yun)共(gong)同(tong)體的理念深入(ru)(ru)人心。在(zai)此背景下,堅定(ding)不移的深化(hua)改革、擴大開放顯得尤(you)為重要。統籌國(guo)內(nei)國(guo)際兩個大局,科學應變、主動求變,是(shi)(shi)中國(guo)面臨新的國(guo)際形(xing)勢和(he)環境形(xing)勢作出的戰略安排(pai)。
魯(lu)昕以(yi)詳實的(de)數據(ju)梳理了自2013年“一帶(dai)一路(lu)”合作倡議提出(chu)以(yi)來,教育(yu)(yu)領域取(qu)得的(de)各項顯著成就,并表(biao)示中(zhong)國職(zhi)業教育(yu)(yu)應繼續圍繞(rao)共(gong)建“一帶(dai)一路(lu)”,對接所在(zai)國家的(de)產(chan)業需求(qiu),通過學歷(li)教育(yu)(yu)與職(zhi)業培(pei)訓相結合的(de)方式,培(pei)養更多高(gao)素質的(de)技術技能人才。
在簡要闡述了中國(guo)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)學會(hui)(hui)對接科技進(jin)步、深(shen)化(hua)(hua)產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合的具體舉措后,魯昕表(biao)示,學會(hui)(hui)將充分利用“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)際研討會(hui)(hui)平臺,積極發揮新時代(dai)智庫(ku)型(xing)學會(hui)(hui)作用,愿與“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”沿(yan)線各(ge)國(guo)、各(ge)地(di)區一(yi)起,凝(ning)聚數字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)識(shi),深(shen)化(hua)(hua)數字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)實踐(jian),加快數字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)建共(gong)享,共(gong)同應對當(dang)前職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)發展的全球挑戰,推(tui)動構建人類命運共(gong)同體。魯昕提出,此次會(hui)(hui)議聯合26個國(guo)家和地(di)區發布(bu)《深(shen)圳(zhen)倡議》,必(bi)將為(wei)全面實現(xian)職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)數字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)轉型(xing)、數字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)升級、數字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)發展和數字(zi)(zi)化(hua)(hua)建設,凝(ning)聚共(gong)識(shi),指明方向(xiang),為(wei)推(tui)動“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”域(yu)內國(guo)家和地(di)區職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)高質量(liang)發展做(zuo)出更大的貢獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表(biao)示,今年(nian)(nian)的(de)大會(hui)將主題定為(wei)(wei)“數字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)”正當其時。數字(zi)化是近(jin)年(nian)(nian)來(lai)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)領域面臨的(de)重大變化與(yu)挑戰,疫情期(qi)間網絡教(jiao)學(xue)的(de)廣泛應用(yong)(yong),也表(biao)明數字(zi)技(ji)術能為(wei)(wei)學(xue)習(xi)者創造更(geng)多元(yuan)、更(geng)靈活的(de)學(xue)習(xi)體驗(yan)。她(ta)同時指(zhi)出,數字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)不僅僅只是新技(ji)術的(de)引入(ru)與(yu)應用(yong)(yong),還應注重促進創新和改變思(si)維方式。她(ta)感(gan)謝會(hui)議主辦方為(wei)(wei)“一帶一路”職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)育搭建了國際交流與(yu)合作(zuo)的(de)平臺,希望與(yu)會(hui)嘉賓能利用(yong)(yong)這(zhe)次(ci)機會(hui),互學(xue)互鑒數字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)建設的(de)獨到(dao)見(jian)解與(yu)先進經驗(yan)。
